Guaranteed Quality Support and Involvement
We are a well-established and Framework Providers for many Local Authorities providing homely accommodation which is valued by the young people. We provide 24/7 supervised, shared and solo accommodation
The shared accommodation and support we provide is suitable for young people who are Care Leavers; are in Local Authority Care or considered vulnerable under the Children’s Act 1989 / Children Leaving Care Act 2000.
Advent Homes partnership with external agencies such as education & training agencies, the NHS, police, probation and YOS. We are a dedicated team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with complex needs and high levels of expertise within the field of social care and supported accommodation.
Advent Homes recognises that young people referred to us may have needs that will require our attention and support. As a complex-needs management organisation, we understand the importance of confidentiality and therefore we will expect such issues to be highlighted / discussed during the referral stage.
Referral agencies are expected to make available all relevant information and documentation. It would be essential to discuss concerns and needs at the initial interview to ensure specific support, rapport and partnership working
